BuyingCan I find a piece for a particular delivery date?

Open marketplace filters and choose Estimated arrival by (UTC). This finds physical pieces whose current maximum preparation and stated standard transit time fit that date. Pieces without a paired standard transit range and digital downloads are excluded from this filter.

The estimate starts today and uses business days in UTC, skipping weekends. Holidays and carrier delays are not included. A made-to-order piece uses its listing lead time when provided. Choose Ships to and In stock only to narrow the available pieces for your destination.

A search estimate does not guarantee delivery. Review the destination and shipping option before checkout; an upgrade can have a different transit range. The estimate saved with your order reflects the preparation and shipping option chosen for that purchase.

BuyingHow can I learn who made a piece?

A listing can include a maker’s own production disclosure: made by them, designed by them, sourced vintage, or sourced craft supplies. The maker can explain their process and identify production partners and their contributions. These details are public when that listing is published.

Production disclosures are self-reported and are not a verified-maker badge. An unspecified disclosure does not tell you how the piece was made. Founder recognition and payment-account checks are separate from a review of the production process.

Read the item description, materials, measurements and process details, then use Ask the maker if you need clarification. Report a listing through its report link if its description appears misleading; a report asks staff to review it and does not automatically establish a violation.

BuyingHow do shared gift lists work?

In Finds & lists, create a private draft from actual marketplace pieces and choose the quantities you would like. Share a version when it is ready. Later edits remain private until shared again. Making a list private or archiving it revokes its link. Avoid addresses or private contact information in shared descriptions and notes.

Gift givers purchase through the product page and may explicitly link one of their own verified paid purchases to the list. Only its product and quantity are shared; the purchaser’s identity and order details remain private. Counts cannot exceed purchased or wanted quantities. Pending refunds suspend counts, and full refunds remove them. A buyer can revoke a shared count. Delivery addresses are handled privately at checkout; gift lists are not stored-value gift cards.

AccountsCan I invite a friend and see purchase milestones?

Find your personal invitation link in Finds & lists. A new member must explicitly accept before creating an account, verify their email in the same browser, and confirm within seven days. Established accounts and your own account cannot count as new signups. You see only verified signup totals, never a recipient’s email or identity. Pause the link anytime.

Purchase milestones count settled orders and distinct makers you supported. Grouped checkout counts as one purchase. Pending refunds suspend credit; full refunds remove it. Invitations and milestones carry no cash, stored credit, discount, or other purchase benefit.

BuyingHow do I buy a piece?

Open a published product to see its photos, description, availability, shipping preparation time, and shop policy. Choose an available option when the product has variants, enter any required personalization, and select your delivery country and quantity.

When the shop accepts payments, sign in or verify your email for guest checkout on an eligible physical listing. Digital files, commissions, offers, coupons, reference photos, and account options require sign-in. At checkout, review the delivery address, shipping, and tax before paying. A published product can be browsed even while its shop is still preparing payments or taking a break. Prices marked From use the lowest available option price.

BuyingCan I buy without creating an account?

When a shop accepts payments, eligible physical listings offer guest checkout. Verify an email address you control with a six-digit code and accept the current terms. Verification does not create an account and expires after one day in that browser.

Guest checkout uses the regular listing price. Coupons, shop offers, carts, digital downloads, commissions, reference-photo personalization, and saved account addresses require a signed-in account. Physical variants, text personalization, and the listing’s available shipping and gift options can be chosen before guest checkout.

A private purchase link lets you claim a provider-confirmed paid order after signing in with the same purchase email. Claims expire after one year. Keep that link private. Claiming adds the purchase to your account for messages, support cases, returns, and eligible reviews while retaining the original purchase details. A checkout return page alone does not confirm payment.

BuyingWho ships my order?

The seller packages and ships your order. Each product shows the countries the seller ships to, their shipping rate, and their preparation time in business days.

Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. Open Purchases and select your order to see its current status and any tracking the seller has added.

BuyingHow do I ask for help with an order?

Open Purchases, select the order, and send the seller a message or help request. For marketplace support, open Help & reports and choose the paid order, explain the problem, and add optional evidence links.

Your support case keeps replies and its status together. A resolved case can be appealed with an explanation and evidence. The seller’s shipping, cancellation, and return policies are saved with your order; opening a case does not automatically issue a refund.

BuyingWhen can I leave a review?

A verified paid purchase can be reviewed after it is marked delivered. If delivery has not been marked, reviews open 30 calendar days after the maximum preparation window saved with the order. Preparation uses business days. Open your purchase to leave one to five stars and an optional written review.

There is one review per order. You can edit an eligible review. Reviews cannot be created or edited while a refund is pending or after a refund. A refund after publication does not remove a review. Shop ratings combine verified purchase reviews, and sellers can add a public reply.

BuyingHow do I find a piece or a gift?

Search titles, makers, categories, and tags. Suggestions show actual public pieces and creators, and offer possible spelling corrections. Browse category pages or gift ideas for occasions and budgets; empty collections show when no matching work is listed.

Filters include budget with the buyer fee, destinations, available stock, free shipping, ratings, materials, maker location, color, size, personalization, and ready-to-ship or made-to-order work. Color and size must match one actual option combination. Prepared-by dates cover maker preparation in UTC business days; carrier transit takes additional time.

BuyingCan I use a coupon or shop sale?

Enter a maker’s coupon code while reviewing checkout. A shop can also schedule an automatic sale. The preview checks the selected piece, option, quantity, dates, minimum purchase, and any usage limits. An explicit coupon replaces an automatic sale; discounts do not stack.

The buyer fee uses the discounted item subtotal. A purchase freezes the agreed price when inventory is reserved. Unpaid cancelled reservations release coupon usage; a completed purchase still counts toward its limit after a refund.

BuyingCan I save pieces and follow makers?

Use the heart on a product to save it for later. Find saved products in Saved and organize pieces into collections.

Follow creators from the creator directory. Turn on their new-release updates to see releases when you return. Subscribe to creator release summaries or piece restock alerts from a public page. In Activity, choose optional email categories; release, restock, and review emails require opt-in and enabled email delivery.

BuyingHow do custom commissions work?

Choose a creator and request a commission with your idea, budget, deadline, and an optional reference image. The creator can provide a quote with a price, details, and delivery date.

Accepting a quote records the agreement; it does not charge you. The creator prepares a private listing for the agreed work, and you review its recorded quote and checkout details before paying. The listing is available only to the agreed buyer.

After confirmed payment, the creator can send a proof. Approve the latest proof or request an agreed revision in the commission conversation. Approval records permission for production; marking production complete does not confirm delivery.

SellingWhat is the difference between saving and publishing?

Save a product draft in Studio to keep your work private. In the Creative dashboard, review the draft, choose stock and a shipping profile, then publish it to marketplace browse and search. Your shop supports up to 500 listings.

Later draft edits remain private until you publish that draft again. Pausing a published product keeps your saved draft. Select published products in the dashboard to pause, activate, or change their shipping profile together. Use as template starts a new private draft.

Profile, post, and collection changes stay private until you update the shared snapshot. Handles and saved storefront settings update publicly immediately. Visitors can search your published work and browse sections. Shipping and return addresses are excluded from storefront presentation.

SellingHow do I upload product photos?

Use the photo picker or drop PNG, JPEG, WebP, or supported HEIC and HEIF still photos up to 10 MB into a listing’s image area. A listing supports a cover and nine additional gallery photos. Images are resized and optimized before upload, and embedded metadata is removed. The editor reports unsupported or oversized files.

Supported HEIC and HEIF photos are converted locally in your browser before upload. Only the resized and optimized JPEG or WebP is stored; embedded source metadata is removed. Image sequences, containers with multiple images, AVIF, and video are not supported. If conversion fails or takes too long, export a fresh JPEG or PNG copy from your photo editor and try again.

Bulk upload lets you start several private drafts from photos and apply common details. Review each title, price, category, and description before saving and publishing. Gallery photos can be reordered and removed in the draft editor.

SellingCan I bring my Etsy listings with me?

Export your listing information from Etsy, then choose Import CSV in Studio. You can also map a catalog from another source. Import up to 500 rows in a CSV smaller than 2 MB, using USD prices and HTTPS image links.

Review field mappings, errors, duplicate titles or SKUs, and your permission to use the photos and text. Choose which valid rows to save as private drafts. Nothing publishes automatically. Variants, shipping settings, and reviews require separate setup. The dashboard can export a CSV or JSON catalog backup.

SellingHow do I add options and personalization?

In the product draft editor, add variants for choices such as size, color, or finish. Each variant can have its own price, stock, SKU, and image. Published stock is the total variant stock, and buyers choose an available option before checkout.

Enable personalization to collect a short buyer instruction, optionally require it, and set its maximum length. Add materials and other attributes, search tags, and ready-to-ship or made-to-order details. Save the draft and publish it again to apply those details.

SellingHow do I create a sale or coupon?

Open Sales & coupons in your Creative dashboard. Choose a shop coupon code or an automatic sale, percentage or fixed amount off each item, dates, eligible pieces, a minimum subtotal, and optional total and per-buyer usage caps.

Reserved and paid orders both count toward limits. Existing order prices stay frozen after an offer is edited or paused. A maximum discount is rounded down per item so the purchase never exceeds the cap. Discounts reduce your item revenue; paid promotions are a separate advertising purchase.

AccountsCan I choose whether browsing is used for analytics?

Optional marketplace analytics is off until you allow it on your device. The privacy control explains the choice. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep optional reporting off. Switching it off clears the temporary device session used for future reporting.

Consented activity uses a temporary browser session and daily pseudonymous hashes. It includes piece and shop activity, search terms, and referral domains or campaign labels. Account emails, shipping addresses, full referral URLs, and raw IPs are excluded. Avoid personal details in search terms or campaign labels. Raw activity is retained for 90 days, and search or referral groups below three observed sessions stay private. Essential order and account records continue to work.

SellingHow do I set shipping rates and preparation time?

Create a shipping profile in your Creative dashboard. Choose allowed destinations, a default free or flat standard rate, additional-item charges, and preparation days. You can add up to ten country zones with separate standard rates and merchandise-only free-shipping thresholds. Each country belongs to one zone; other allowed countries use the default rate. Prices are in USD. Shipping upgrades keep their profile-wide prices and stated transit ranges. Gift-wrap options are available through supported direct checkout.

Assign the profile when publishing a physical product. Preparation uses business days in UTC; carrier transit is additional. You buy postage and arrange delivery yourself. Tracking entered in the order records the details you provide; it is not a live carrier verification.

BuyingWhere are my purchased digital downloads?

An instant digital listing describes its files and permitted use before checkout. Once payment is confirmed, open Downloads in your account to access the file version recorded with the purchase. Made-to-order digital work has no instant bundle: its files appear after the maker records a private delivery for that order. The current digital bundles support PDF and ZIP files.

Purchased files are private to the buyer. Access pauses during a payment dispute or a pending refund and ends after a full refund. A creator’s later listing changes do not replace the version recorded with your order.

Downloading does not transfer copyright. Follow the creator’s license and keep a local copy of the files you need. Contact the creator through your order if a file does not match the listing.

BuyingCan I order custom digital work?

Look for a digital listing marked Made to order. Read its expected processing time in business days, the details the maker needs, promised PDF or ZIP formats, and license before purchasing. If the listing asks for personalization text, enter your brief there. Those processing terms and your submitted text stay with the purchase even if the maker later changes the listing.

Custom digital work requires a signed-in account and is purchased directly from its listing, one order at a time. There is no shipping address or shipping charge, and no file bundle is available at purchase. After payment is confirmed, the order awaits the maker’s private file delivery. Open Purchases or Downloads to check for delivered files and contact the maker through the order conversation.

Each recorded delivery must include every promised format. File delivery records the maker’s work; it does not record buyer approval or guarantee a particular result. If something does not match the agreement, use order messages or a support case. Reviews become available after the first recorded file delivery. File access remains subject to payment disputes and refunds.

BuyingHow do returns and split shipments work?

Open the order to request a return for the purchased items and quantities. The creator can approve or decline it with a recorded explanation and provide a private return address when needed. Return instructions and replies stay with the order.

A return request or approval does not issue a refund. Sellers request payment refunds separately, and the order shows the provider-confirmed result.

For orders sent in more than one parcel, the seller can record which purchased quantities each parcel contains and its tracking details. Marking one parcel delivered does not mark the whole order delivered. Contact the creator if the recorded parcel contents or address need correction.

Fees & paymentsHow do full and partial refunds work?

A seller can request a refund from a paid order where the payment provider permits it. The order records pending, confirmed, or failed attempts and the amount still available to refund. A request is not a confirmed refund.

A completed full order refund returns the buyer’s full payment, including the marketplace fee. A partial refund returns the confirmed amount shown in the history. That amount does not automatically identify which items, shipping, tax, or fee were refunded.

An active payment dispute can limit refunds and pause fulfillment or digital access while the provider reviews the payment. Use the order conversation or support case to discuss a problem. The payment provider determines a formal payment dispute.

Fees & paymentsWhat fees do buyers and creators pay?

There are no listing fees or seller commission on the item price. Creators keep 100% of their item price; shipping, tax, and the maker’s own costs are separate.

Buyers pay a 5% marketplace fee, included in displayed product prices. Shipping and any tax are shown separately at checkout. Optional advertising is a separate purchase.

Fees & paymentsWhen can a shop accept payments?

Marketplace payments must be open, and the seller must complete their connected payment account setup. Product checkout shows whether that shop can accept an order.

You can prepare your profile, products, and storefront before payments are available. Publishing a product by itself does not activate checkout or payouts.

Fees & paymentsHow do paid promotions work?

Promotions are optional prepaid advertising for an eligible product or shop. Choose a fixed total and duration. A campaign begins after its payment is confirmed; there is no automatic renewal.

Ads rotate in labeled homepage placements. Higher daily rates receive more weight, but views, clicks, and sales are not guaranteed. Pausing an ad does not extend its end date.
