Excludes taxes, shipping, packaging, advertising, optional plans, setup fees, extra listing renewals, refunds, and any bank, payout or currency conversion charges. Rates can vary by location, payment method and seller agreement. Creatives Creative covers processing and payout costs from its buyer marketplace fee when sales open.
What buyers pay
A 5% marketplace fee is calculated on the item subtotal after discounts and rounded to the nearest cent. It is included in displayed buyer prices. The item subtotal, fee, shipping, applicable tax, and total are shown separately before payment.
When a creator sets an item price of $100, buyers see $105 including the $5 marketplace fee, before shipping and tax. The creator receives the full $100 item subtotal.
No seller fees
Listing, selling, and the seller tools are free. Creators receive 100% of their item subtotal before their own costs and any refunds. There are no seller subscriptions.
Creatives Creative covers payment processing and payout costs from the buyer fee; those costs are not deducted from the creator’s share.
Taxes & shipping
Taxes and shipping are separate from the item price used for this fee calculation.
Creators choose their shipping destinations, charges, and processing times. They package their own items, buy their own postage, and arrange delivery. Shipping charges are passed to the creator; Creatives Creative does not pack or ship orders.
Refunded sales
A full order refund returns the buyer’s full payment, including the marketplace fee. Refunds adjust the creator’s payout for the refunded item and shipping amounts.
Existing orders keep the fee terms recorded when they were placed. This policy does not recalculate past purchases.
Optional advertising
Creators may choose to promote a published product or shop. Advertising is a separate, optional purchase. It does not change the buyer fee or the creator’s item proceeds.
Each promotion has a fixed prepaid total and duration, with no automatic renewal. Ads rotate in labeled homepage placements; higher daily rates receive more weight in that rotation. Views, clicks, and sales are not guaranteed.
The campaign starts after payment is confirmed. Pausing hides an ad without extending its end date. Unavailable products and unpublished shops are not shown. For advertising billing or refund help, contact support@creativescreative.com.
Views and clicks are filtered estimates, not counts of unique people. We use existing site cookies or short-lived daily hashes to limit repeated counts, without third-party advertising trackers or new advertising cookies.
