Your account
Creatives Creative provides a storefront for independent creators. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Provide accurate information, use an email account you control, and keep verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Creating an account is free. Purchases and paid promotions are available only when the site’s payment controls are enabled. A saved draft, commission request, or accepted quote does not take payment or create a paid order.
Your work and listings
You retain ownership of your work. By uploading or publishing content, you give Creatives Creative permission to store, resize, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose, including shared pages and optional promotions. You must have the rights to all images, descriptions, and items you offer.
Listings must accurately describe the item, price, materials, dimensions, condition, and processing time. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, or prohibited goods, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, or deceptive claims. Photo uploads are supported; videos are not. The current checkout supports physical items.
Selling and shipping
The seller is responsible for the item, stock accuracy, fulfillment, packaging, postage, carrier arrangements, customs information, and compliance with the rules that apply to their sales and destinations. Creatives Creative does not package or ship orders. Sellers must show their shipping and return policies before accepting purchases and honor applicable consumer rights.
There are no listing fees, selling fees, or seller subscriptions. Creators receive 100% of the item subtotal before their own costs and any refunds. Displayed buyer prices include a 5% marketplace fee calculated on the creator’s item subtotal after discounts and rounded to the nearest cent. Shipping and applicable tax are separate. Creatives Creative covers payment processing and payout costs from that buyer fee. Optional advertising has a separate prepaid price. See the fees and selling policy for details.
Buying and commissions
Review the listing and seller’s policies before purchasing, provide a correct shipping address, and use the order conversation for fulfillment questions or problems. The item subtotal, included buyer fee, shipping, applicable tax, and order total are shown separately before payment. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms it. Delivery estimates are supplied by sellers.
Commission briefs and quotes let a buyer and seller discuss custom work. Accepting a quote records that decision; it does not reserve inventory or take payment. If the creator offers a published product for the agreed work, the buyer must complete its checkout separately. Confirm specifications, timing, shipping, and return terms before paying.
Problems and reports
Buyers can request cancellation, a return, or help from their order. A request does not itself cancel or refund a payment. A full order refund returns the buyer’s full payment, including the marketplace fee. Existing orders retain the fee terms recorded at purchase. Sellers handle their stated policies and must respect applicable law; Creatives Creative can help investigate platform or payment issues. To report an item, account, rights violation, or unsafe behavior, send its page link and a description to support@creativescreative.com. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to address misuse, payment-provider requirements, or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We may update features, apply storage or usage limits, or temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security. Keep your original artwork and important records. Promotion placement does not guarantee views, clicks, or sales.
These terms and the privacy policy describe the service. Updated terms show their effective date. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions: support@creativescreative.com.
