CREATIVEScreative

A considered next step

An Etsy alternative.
A home for your work.

If you’re considering another home for your catalog, start with the fees, the buyer’s experience, and the setup your work needs. CREATIVEScreative is an independent marketplace with no listing fees or seller commission. Buyers pay a 5% marketplace fee.

Storefront preparation is available. You can prepare and publish your catalog. Checkout and payouts are not open yet. A ready connected payment account will also be required before your shop accepts orders.

Two fee models. One $100 item.

This illustration uses one US seller, a USD $100 item, one listing charge, and no shipping or tax. CREATIVEScreative’s fee is added to the item price and included in the price buyers see.

This example excludes advertising, subscriptions, setup charges, currency conversion, taxes on fees, and shipping. Etsy listing fees can apply before a sale and again on renewal; processing rates vary by country. Your supplies, packaging, postage, refunds, and other business costs still matter.

Etsy rates checked October 4, 2026: Etsy Fees & Payments Policy and Etsy Payments Policy. Consult those policies for current rates. Read CREATIVEScreative’s fee policy.

Keeping the same item price produces a different buyer total here. Consider the price people see and your own margins when choosing where to list. Optional paid homepage promotions have separate costs.

Bring a catalog. Review each piece.

From an Etsy CSV to private drafts.

  1. Export your active listings.

Etsy’s Download Data area provides a listing CSV. Follow Etsy’s export instructions and keep a separate copy of your original photos and product information.

  2. Map the fields you want to keep.

In Studio, choose Import CSV. The importer accepts up to 500 rows in a 2 MB CSV, with USD prices. Map title, description, price, quantity, SKU, tags, materials, categories, and HTTPS image URL columns. Convert other currencies yourself before importing.

  3. Resolve the preview, then save.

Check validation errors, duplicates, stock, and unmapped columns. Choose valid rows and confirm that you have permission to use their text and photos. Imports become private drafts with new IDs. Your studio has a total capacity of 500 drafts; importing does not publish them.

  4. Finish the parts a CSV doesn’t move.

Set up options, personalization, preparation time, shipping profiles, shop policy, and any digital files. Review each draft in the Creative dashboard before publishing. Share your storefront separately when your profile is ready.

Image URLs remain links; the importer does not copy the files into photo storage. Upload your own originals when you need independently hosted photos. Orders, reviews, followers, buyer accounts, shipping settings, and option combinations are not transferred. There is no live Etsy inventory sync, so you keep quantities current wherever you list.

Set up for the work you make

Build the listing your piece needs.

Photos, options, and a person behind them.

Physical listings support a cover plus 9 gallery photos, up to 50 priced and stocked option combinations, SKUs, attributes, and text personalization. Your storefront can include your story, banner, announcement, sections, and FAQs.

Stock and shipping with clear boundaries.

Choose physical shipping destinations, rates, and preparation time. Pause products or use vacation mode. Saved templates and supported bulk edits help with catalog upkeep; option stock remains edited by option.

Digital files, kept separate from photos.

Digital delivery supports owned PDF or ZIP files and versioned buyer downloads. Digital products require the platform’s digital payment classification and a ready seller account. Digital checkout is not currently configured. Upload and review files separately; a CSV does not carry digital assets.

Custom work with an agreed next step.

Receive commission requests, send a quote, and prepare a private listing for the agreed buyer. Paid work can move through proofs and agreed revisions. Accepting a quote records the agreement; payment still happens through checkout.

Your work, your customer care.

You supply accurate descriptions, original photos, pricing, stock, and policies. You make, package, and ship physical work, answer buyers, and handle issues with your orders. A new storefront does not bring an established audience or promise sales.

You can prepare a shop before deciding where to sell. Compare the actual workflow with your needs, and keep existing orders and obligations in the place they were made. CREATIVEScreative is independent of Etsy and has no affiliation with it.

Start with a careful review.

A private draft is a useful first step.
